New WebFusion support site is live

We flicked the big ‘on’ switch for our new support site the other day. You can find it at www.webfusion-support.co.uk. Bookmark it now – if you have a problem with your WebFusion service it should help you get to the bottom of it a bit more quickly.
There’s a whole load of online help articles – fully searchable, of course. And then there’s our new “Ask a question” option, which has got us quite excited (we’re a bit odd like that). It’s the best way to contact us, and it’s pretty easy to use:

  1. Go to www.webfusion-support.co.uk
  2. Click Ask a Question at the top of the page
  3. Choose a category, enter your domain if you can, and type in your question
  4. Hit Next
  5. We’ll show you a list of possible answers
  6. If none of them looks right, click Submit your question

That sends your query straight to us. The beauty of it is that by choosing the category, you help us make sure the query gets through to the most relevant person in our team. (Quick hint – to do us a real favour, always enter your domain name. This helps us find your details really quickly.)
No hanging on the phone, and no waiting while your message gets forwarded on. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can by email.
It doesn’t mean you’re not going to be able to get us on the phone, of course – we’ll carry on providing support on the usual number. But if your query isn’t of the ‘mega-urgent-I-need-to-speak-to-someone-right-now’ variety then please give the new site a go. You can use it for all your support and billing enquiries.
