Follow these steps to install cPanel on a Linux box.
1) Login to your Linux machine via SSH as root.
2) Run the following commands:
# cd /home
# wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/latest
# sh latest
After that you will need to leave it for around 90 minutes so that cPanel can install.
